Your Role:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that supports brand presence, marketing campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives. The role involves designing digital creatives, social media assets, brochures, presentations, advertising material, and brand elements that align with Celestial Sands’ premium identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality designs for social media posts, reels, web banners, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Design project presentations, pitch decks & marketing collateral for Dubai real estate projects.
- Work closely with the marketing & sales teams to create creative concepts and campaign materials.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all platforms.
- Edit and retouch photos & short promotional videos for digital promotion.
- Research design trends and competitor marketing for creative improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors when required.
- Manage and organize creative files, templates, and digital assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred).
- Experience designing for Social Media, Web, and Print formats.
- Strong sense of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of real estate marketing or luxury branding is an advantage.
- Photography & video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional design experience (Real Estate/Agency preferred).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work is mandatory.
